- Be responsible for floating between the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry departments
- Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and overall management of care for the Medical-Surgical 7 Telemetry patient population
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.
- Passion for Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Nursing and caring for a diverse patient population
- 3+ Years of acute care nursing (RN) experience required
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
- Will consider candidates enrolled in an accredited BSN program
- Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration
