- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history.
- Assist in triage, prioritizing care based on patient acuity.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as ordered.
- Assist with minor procedures, wound care, and splinting.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes to the provider.
- Educate patients on discharge instructions, medication management, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with P.A.’s, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Assist in transferring patient to a higher level of care at NLH Emergency Department.

- Minimum pay: $35.57
- Maximum pay:$ 49.99
