What you'll be doing
The Registered Nurse role involves providing person-centered, evidence-informed care to patients. You’ll work closely with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and deliver effective nursing care while fostering professional development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive nursing care
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
• Supporting and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing
• Contributing to evidence-based practices and quality improvements
• Managing time and priorities to meet patient needs in a dynamic setting

Essential Criteria:

• Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
