  Responsibilities:

  Excellent critical thinking and clinical judgment. Comfortable with multitasking in a digital environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  Ability to work autonomously in a virtual setting

  • Perform virtual admission assessments, including medication reconciliation and history-taking
  • Deliver personalized patient education at admission and discharge using telehealth platforms
  • Conduct virtual rounding to assess patient needs and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Monitor patients via Artisight's AI camera system
  • Support clinical documentation, care plan updates, and policy compliance
  • Participate in interdisciplinary huddles virtually
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the care team
  • Communicate with RNs, providers, and case managers

  • Promote patient safety and education through virtual support

  Requirements:

  • Current Florida Nursing License (required)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required)

  • At least 2 years of recent acute care experience and proficiency with Epic EMR required. Experience with telehealth or centralized monitoring preferred. Artisight experience a plus.
