What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize clinical assessment skills and technology to assist bedside clinical team
- Document outcomes accurately in Epic
- Collaborate with onsite nurses effectively
- Develop individualized care plans using the nursing process
- Maintain departmental records for administrative and regulatory purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered Professional Nurse with current license to practice in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 2 years of recent direct inpatient clinical experience
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of healthcare information systems
- Ability to sit for up to eight hours per day and lift items up to 10 pounds
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
