      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality patient care and support during the health journey of patients and their families
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to quality standards in hospice care
      - Conduct quality assessments and implement improvement initiatives
      - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
      - Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
      - Minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse
      - Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
      - Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
      - Must be a licensed driver capable of traveling to all business locations
