      The registered Nurse/ Registered Psychiatric Nurse coordinated and provides direct nursing cate to an assigned group of residents/clients. Provided guidance to caregivers for resident/ client care consistent with current standards of professional practice, the philosophy of care, and established organizational standards within an interdisciplinary care environment.

      Education, Training And Experience

      To join our team, you will have:

      Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN/RPN registrant.

      Skills And Abilities: -

      Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with residents, families, co-workers, members of the multidisciplinary team and the public.

      Deal with others effectively.

      Organize work and implement a plan of care.

      Demonstrate knowledge and competencies to work at full scope of practice as currently required by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, including administering medications.

      Operate related equipment.

      Physically able to carry out the duties of the position.
