- Write and verbalize communications while performing duties, engaging with the team, customers and other teams.
- Performing student registration service while supporting an LMS, preferably Moodle. Knowledgeable about using the LMS to manage customer needs.
- Take calls or email inquiries from the field pertaining to the training program. Refers questions to the training lead that require answers not available in the LMS.
- Follow documented processes to submit and test change requests for web portal content.
- Documents, maintains, and follows standard operating procedures for registration services.
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- 3+ years experience with Excel
- 2+ years experience with SharePoint
- Creates reports to support information needs.
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Intermediate - advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 applications and survey applications such as Survey Monkey.

The Registrar manages class rosters and schedule workflows, course announcements, approvals, certificates, archives, metrics, reporting, and logistics.
Works with Point of Contacts (POCs) to set up and manage training details in the LMS and on the web portal.
In this role you will manage your workload in a timely manner. The Registrar documents, maintains and follows standard operating procedures; Takes calls and email inquiries from the field pertaining to the training program; Refers questions to the training manager for answers that are not available in the LMS; and creates reports to support information needs.
Work as a team with multiple departments within our Government, ManTech, and working with contracted vendors.

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200-$91,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
