- Oversee daily operations of the Registrar's Office
- Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality of academic records
- Manage student enrollment, registration, grading, academic standing, transcript, and graduation processes
- Lead staff supervision, development, and performance evaluation
- Interpret and enforce academic policies and compliance (e.g., FERPA, NCAA eligibility and athletic certification)
- Collaborate with academic departments and university committees
- Manage course catalogs, bulletins, degree maps, and curriculum updates
- Drive process improvements and technology integration
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus
- Leadership and staff management experience
- Strong knowledge of academic policies, FERPA, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with student information systems and reporting
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exercises sound judgment
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service

Collaborate across campus to implement policies, manage enrollment and graduation processes, and innovate with technology to enhance operations.
