      Registration and Licensing Coordinator
      The Registration and Licensing Coordinator ensures licensing of broker dealer registered representatives is compliant with regulatory and firm requirements. Working under close supervision, this job works closely within the Regulatory Supervision Organization and other business areas to ensure representatives obtain and stay current with registration and licensing requirements.

      Key Responsibilities and Duties
      • Educates new hires and new to role representatives on registration and licensing requirements.
      • Ensures representatives obtain required licenses.
      • Performs ongoing monitoring to identify and resolve any gaps against registration and licensing requirements.
      • Ensures that new registration and licensing gaps are not created.
      • Communicates new or revised registration and licensing policies, procedures, processes and related documents to appropriate employees.
      Educational Requirements
      • University (Degree) Preferred

      FINRA Registrations
      • SRC Indicator: NRF

      Preferred Experience:

      • Experience working within the financial services industry
      • Previous experience as a Registration and Licensing Associate within the financial services industry

      Base Pay Range: $24.75/hr. - $35.43/hr.

      Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
