We are currently looking for Manufacturing Technicians to join various teams in our Pharm Bio and Core Technology divisions. These roles provide an opportunity to join growing teams and help ensure that we are meeting our operations objectives and business needs. These opportunities are for the night shift. Standard working hours are: 11:00pm-7:30am Sunday night through Friday morning. This role will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland. Pl ease note that evening, night and weekend shift positions are eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour). Responsibilities: - Learn, support, and practice Gore culture - Be passionate about working in an organization that values and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion - Manufacture product, complete set-up, clean, troubleshoot, and operate a broad range of complex process equipment - Follow area environmental safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment while working with Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) and Engineering to include the use of personal protective equipment - Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in continuous improvement efforts - Perform quality inspection and testing - Perform detailed and accurate record keeping for process documentation and data collection - Utilize our quality system to ensure our process delivers products that meet customer needs and expectations that adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and International Standards Organization - Partner with cross functional teams to meet production goals - Support occasional overtime and flex shift schedule, as neededAbout the company
