What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate critical document collection to ensure timely opening of clinical trials
- Maintain protocol regulatory documents in compliance with local and organizational SOPs
- Develop and implement training materials to ensure staff compliance with regulations
- Oversee preparation of informed consent documents and manage submissions to IRB
- Train and mentor research staff on regulatory aspects of clinical research
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a clinical or scientific discipline preferred
- Minimum of seven years of experience in clinical research, regulatory affairs, or oncology-related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
