      To achieve our ambition, we are currently recruiting a Regulatory Affairs Team Manager to support our strategies and lead a team with employees in Nordics and Estonia. The role is preferably placed in our office in Helsinki, Finland.

      What you will do

      As Regulatory Affairs Team Manager, you will lead and develop a team, including performance and talent management, training and career development, with the aim to provide the best business impact in the industry, both for today and in the future, with focus on patient’s safety and company ethical image.

      You will report into the Regulatory Affairs Director and be part of the Regulatory Affairs leadership team. You are accountable for that regulatory activities in AstraZeneca Nordic are performed in an efficient, compliant and timely manner. Examples are regulatory submissions, labelling, and clinical trial applications.

      Externally, this is realized in close collaboration with diverse working groups, like national Health Authorities, translation CROs, and National trade associations. Internally, you partner with your colleagues in Marketing, Medical Affairs, Logistics, Market Access, and the Global and European Regulatory teams.

      Essential requirements

      We are looking for an individual holding a Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent. You are expected to have 5 +years proven experience within Regulatory Affairs in the pharmaceutical or related industry or at a Health Authority.

      • Strong leadership and people management skills

      • Proficient writing and communication skills in English and at least one of the Nordic languages

      • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation requirements and procedures

      • Your strong ability to collaborate, influence and establish relationships with senior partners is key in this role. As is the ability to plan, communicate and drive processes and projects all the way to the finish line.
