      Regulatory Affairs Trainee

      About the role

      As a Regulatory Affairs Trainee you will support Regulatory Associates responsible for Regulatory Affairs in defined portfolios or activity streams within Hungary:

      You will ensure products are maintained and meet internal and external regulatory requirements. You will be a productive part of defined local regulatory team, including being a proactive partner to other stakeholders, e.g., marketing/sales within local commercial business, supply chain and quality etc. You will work together with regulatory colleagues and other stakeholders to proactively look for opportunities and solutions to challenges.

      Role Responsibilities

      • Support coordination of regulatory documents, dossiers and applications preparation to enable new products to be launched and maintained in market

      • Analyzing regulatory issues and communicate with key stakeholders.

      • Managing compliance within defined portfolio/activity streams in line with Haleon expectations

      • Proactively manage impact of regulatory changes within defined scope of responsibility on the business

      • Maintain required regulatory compliance databases, systems and processes

      Why you?

      Basic Qualifications:

      • On going university studies in Pharmacy, Dentistry or Life Sciences

      • Min 20 hours/week availability

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Analytical skills: ability to analyze data and synthetize information, attention to details.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication in Hungarian and in English

      • Driven by curiosity and learning agility

      • Technical knowledge (experience with databases is an advantage)
