      Under the general supervision of a manager, the Regulatory & Compliance Analyst provides analytical and operational support to one or more of these areas - Safety & Security, Licensing, Facility Compliance – as assigned.



      This role requires generalized knowledge of company policies within Regulatory & Compliance, as well as the business functions conducted at each facility, and the government agencies that might oversee the regulations for that business in each location.

      Primary Accountabilities:

      Analytical (75%)

      • · Understand the business being performed at each facility.

      • · Have general knowledge of federal, state and local agencies that oversee that business.

      • · Review data for accuracy and completeness; process corrections or updates as needed.

      • Prepare analyses on an ad-hoc or regular basis.

      Operational (25%)

      • Collaborate across the Regulatory & Compliance group and provide support as assigned.
      • Assist in any regulatory special project as necessary.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • 2-4 years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
      • Ability to work with all levels of the company as well as governmental agencies
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products
