Lockheed Martin is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst to support its Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Business Area. This individual will coordinate and assist with the execution of General Terms Agreements (GTA), evaluate Prime Contract Requirements needed for subcontract implementation, and perform purchase order reviews to ensure compliance to policies and procedures. Some travel is required.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide guidance and direction to procurement professionals in support of procurement actions by referencing the FAR, DFARS and Company policies and procedures with emphasis on Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)
Assist with efforts to prepare and support government conducted Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
Assists other procurement professionals by providing contractual guidance and mentoring and training of less experienced professionals
Interprets federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices and procedures
May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies
May assist with auditing and evaluating current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government regulations
Uses independent judgment and creativity to resolve contract issues
Interfaces with Global Supply Chain, Legal Department and Mid/Senior level corporate management Working understanding of the FAR and DFARS
Excellent Customer services and problem solving skills
Ability to advise procurement professionals as they develop moderate to complex, non-routine
contractual instruments
Regulatory Compliance or Supply Chain Management experience in the defense industry
Awareness of Supply Chain tools/systems
Proven track record of solving complex procurement problems
Working to excellent knowledge of corporate supply chain policies and procedures, coupled with ability to identify required improvement to established policies and ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations
Working to expert knowledge of contracting concepts, applicable public contract acquisition law and regulations, and applicable international contract law
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to excel in upper level management environment Experience writing and editing Command Media
Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administration or Subcontract Management experience
Experience interfacing with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Audit Agency (DCAA) and internal auditors
Contractor Purchasing System Review experience
Experience with the Lockheed Martin Acquisition Compliance Excellence Council
Knowledge of Lockheed Martin P2P, SAP systems and SharePoints
