- Follow-up sustainability project
- Creation of report from Veeva database (Veeva Vault RIM, PromoMats)
- Supporting with creation of presentations, summaries on WEU topics
- Supporting preparation of WEU meetings
- Regulatory UK
- Supporting with Discontinuation process
- Supporting with Veeva Data Entry
- Supporting with review/uploading of regulatory documents
- Act as a member of the WEU Scientific Affairs team to help deliver on projects including:
- Support with reviews and uploads of data and regulatory documents in Regulatory database
- Create and distribute reports from Regulatory database
- Develop and deliver presentations, summaries to internal and external stakeholders for UK and WEU
- Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of regulatory projects utilizing scientific AI tools
- Provide support for WEU & UK Regulatory team with administrative tasks, meetings arrangements
- Engage cross-functionally with members of UK and Western EU Zone Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Commercial teams.
- Current enrolment in an undergraduate/graduate programme in a bio medical -related field
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a team environment
- Ability to work independently
- Curiosity
- Experience with various digital and scientific AI tools

The Department
The CHC Regulatory Affairs team ensures the appropriate licensing, marketing and legislative compliance of our Consumer Healthcare portfolio. We ensure regulatory strategy for new marketing authorisations and maintenance activities is in place to effectively contribute into cross-functional category or product teams.

We are looking for support on several ongoing and new projects in Opella Western Europe Zone Regulatory Affairs department.
Position overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Regulatory Affairs team for a one-year placement opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience in using various digital tools, scientific AI tools.
