The primary responsibility of the Regulatory Technologist is to support the execution and operation of various regulatory processes and procedures efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities
• Perform administrative duties within defined guidelines.
• Manage technical and customer documentation and data accurately and within tight deadlines.
• Execute tasks using established processes and structures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Coordinate responses to internal and external stakeholders by providing technical documentation.
• Liaise with RD&A, QA, and Operations for technical documentation review and document control.
• Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Contribute to overall departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Remain flexible to meet business requirements.

• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Language Requirements
• Advanced English; additional languages are an advantage.

Technical Competencies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP and Optiva is desirable.
Qualifications and Skills
• Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in a regulatory, quality, or technical documentation role.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks accordingly.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks (knowledge of US and Canadian regulations is an advantage).
• Ability to identify issues in documentation or processes and escalate or resolve them appropriately.
