What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate departmental needs and priorities
- Schedule and delegate projects among team members
- Assist with projects and assignments as directed by Directors
- Track and communicate issues identified among staff during projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure updates are communicated effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent previous employment experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification
- Minimum of 1 year working cross-functionally among billing & reimbursement and/or HUB services departments
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Data entry skills and ability to type 30wpm+
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience verifying insurance eligibility and coverage
- Previous supervisory and training experience
