What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and assess patient insurance information from various payers
- Provide outstanding support to internal team members, addressing inquiries and issues
- Maintain regular communication with assigned payers for timely investigations
- Identify and report reimbursement trends or delays to management
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare insurance, or a similar industry
- Experience in a multi-hub environment or as part of an Annual Reverfication Project
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Co-pay assistance programs
- Proven ability to work from home and excel in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with call center inbound and outbound operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
