Job Description

- Participate in the non-life risk modeling processes of the AXA Group, in collaboration with Group Risk Management and the entities.
- Define optimal reinsurance structures in collaboration with placement teams, according to the context of each cedant (risk appetite, budget, capital optimization, etc.).
- Define and estimate technical indicators that support underwriting decisions and enables monitoring the performance of AXA SA.
- Engage in technical and analytical discussions with brokers and reinsurers.
- Contribute to various cross-department and Group-wide projects: optimization of underwriting and risk retention, reinsurance efficiency indicators, etc.
- Degree from an engineering school, actuarial studies, or equivalent.
- A successful initial experience in technical/actuarial topic on life and health would be a plus.
- Good understanding of the insurance and reinsurance market, reinsurance pricing, and strong mathematical and computer skills.
- Analytical ability, rigor, autonomy, proactivity, adaptability.
- Proficiency in French and English both written and oral (proficiency in a third language would be a plus).

We are seeking a talented and passionate actuary to join our Analytics & Pricing team within the Group Ceded Reinsurance division at AXA. As a Reinsurance Analytics & Pricing Actuary, you will be responsible for modeling, pricing, and optimizing reinsurance structures for the AXA Group and its entities.
