What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and enhance the DXC SICS application to support reinsurance and insurance claims management
- Configure the SICS application and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams, including underwriting and finance
- Provide training and guidance on SICS processes to new team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring SICS reinsurance software
- Excellent understanding of reinsurance concepts, processes, and terminology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SICS or similar reinsurance software configuration
- Experience in the Insurance & Reinsurance industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of reinsurance treaties, contracts, and claims processes
- Experience with Policy Admin System implementations and GL integrations
- Familiarity with captive insurance management
- Experience managing business change
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
