Citibank, N.A. seeks a Relationship Associate for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Build relationships with client networks and operational teams becoming a key contact for internal requests, problem escalation, and resolution. Work with Relationship Managers and product partners to onboard new clients and perform various activities for Know Your Client (KYC) requirements including timely origination, monitoring, and renewals across all product and marketing levels. Work with Treasury team to determine credit needs to support Treasury and Liabilities products. Evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact where development of an approach or taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Identify revenue opportunities, position certain products with clients and monitor billing and service queries as well as correct mapping/marketing hierarchies in Citi Investment Strategies (CIS) to ensure revenues earned from all products are appropriately reflected. Represent banking coverage team in client meetings. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources Management, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation building customer relationships. Employer will accept pre- or post-Bachelor’s degree experience. Five (5) years of experience must include: Utilizing analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources; Working with deposit and fee exception processes; Working with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite of products to track client and prospect opportunities and manage customer data; Hands-on experience working with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, regulations, and procedures; Managing client relationship escalation processes including resolving operational and service-related issues in collaboration with internal teams; Analyzing and reporting on client activities and operational metrics using reporting tools to support decision-making and improve workflow efficiency; and Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards through regular audits and assessments. 40 hrs./wk.
