      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Institutional Sales to build and maintain relationships with consultants, driving RFPs and sales opportunities
      - Coordinate strategies for engaging regional consultants and offices of global consulting firms
      - Maintain a relational contact database and support materials for the consultant distribution channel
      - Conduct sales presentations and site visits for consultants and plan sponsor prospects
      - Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the consultant market in collaboration with MFSI

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
      - 8-12+ years of experience in a sales or sales support role
      - Thorough understanding of the retirement plan industry and related products
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation experience
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and demonstrate superior customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred
      - Experience with database software and all components of Microsoft Office
