We work closely with leading enterprise customers in Japan to deliver advanced robotics solutions, leveraging rapyuta.io, our cutting-edge cloud robotics platform, and the broader ecosystem.

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead our Agile Release Train (ART) focused on developing cutting-edge Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) deeply integrated with logistics automation solutions. • Improve value delivery by removing impediments affecting timelines.
      • Manage dependencies among teams working on warehouse system components.
      • Identify and manage risks related to system integration and deployment.
      • Collaborate with Product Management to adapt roadmaps to warehouse workflow needs.

      Minimum qualifications

      • 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Scrum Master, RTE, or equivalent)
      • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
      • Demonstrated experience with complex software development projects, preferably in supply chain or logistics domains
      • Strong understanding of integration challenges between software systems and physical automation solutions
      • Experience facilitating large-scale planning events and coordinating multiple teams

      Preferred qualifications

      • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and their core functions (inventory management, order processing, rule management)
      • Familiarity with logistics automation technologies such as AS/RS, conveyor systems, robotic picking, and autonomous mobile robots
      • Understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse operations
      • Experience with system integration between software platforms and physical automation systems
      • Knowledge of data flows and API integrations in enterprise software environments
      • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for complex systems
