What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure asset data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for the Reliability & Asset Management team
- Analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets and provide actionable feedback to surveyors
- Prepare reports summarizing data collection findings and present insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and enhance data reporting capabilities
- Assist in data collection methods and streamline processes for asset validation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in a business or technology field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Proficient in data collection methodologies and project management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) preferred
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred
- Experience with real estate software applications and data management tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns within large data sets
