  Für unseren Facilities Management Standort in Norderstedt suchen wir Sie als

  Reliability Engineer (m/w/d)

  Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Programmen und Prozessen mit dem Ziel der Minimierung von Ausfällen und der Maximierung der Lebensdauer der Ausrüstungen

  • die Integration von Daten aus den Gebäudeleitsystemen und automatisierten Fehlerdiagnosen und Ableitung von Lebenszyklusanalysen und Empfehlungen für Reparatur- bzw. Ersatzentscheidungen

  • Umsetzung von Reliability-Programmen und -prozessen auf Standortebene zur effektiven Erhöhung der Zuverlässigkeit von Maschinen- und Anlagensystemen

  • regelmäßige Durchführung von Programm-, System- und Geräteaudits

  • Einsatzkoordinierung von Ingenieuren, Technikern und Drittanbietern mit dem Ziel, Verbesserungen für Wartungsabläufe und Projekte zu erreichen

  • Erstellung und Management vorbeugender Wartungsaufgaben

  • Einstufung der Anlagen-Kritikalität und Entwicklung von Risikominderungsstrategien für kritische Anlagen

  • Unterstützung von Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten für alle Upgrade-, Renovierungs- und Bauprojekte

  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Wartungs- und Planungsgruppen

  Ihre Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen:

  • ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, bevorzugt des Maschinebaus oder der Elektrotechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Ausbildungshintergrund

  • Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre) im Betrieb von Gebäudeautomations- und Energiemanagementsystemen in kritischen und regulierten Umgebungen

  • Erfahrungen mit prädikativen Wartungstechnologien und automatisierten Fehlerdiagnosen

  • sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf unterschiedlichen Führungsebenen

  • Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft in multidisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten

  • Engagement, Einsatzbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit zu selbständigem Arbeiten

  • systematische und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen

  • Fähigkeit innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und den Status quo zu hinterfragen

  • sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
