Job Description

Providing technical guidance and decision making on all aspects of operational work on the process lines.
Inputting and decision-making around change management projects, both engineering and operations based, also on spare parts holding and procurement.
Implementing and monitoring best practices, including asset care and improvement programs.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive training matrix and personal development plans for staff to support best practice.
Ensuring reliability and efficiency of all processes.
Driving continuous improvement within the business.
Qualified to HNC level or above in Engineering with a strong technical background.
Able to demonstrate proven experience within a FMCG / food manufacturing company.
Able to demonstrate good knowledge of modern condition monitoring and preventative maintenance techniques such as lean, TPM, CMMS or six sigma.
Experienced in Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
Able to show excellent analytical, planning & organisational skills.
