Job Description
- Req#: R-10051919
- Coordinate and support Qualification for New Product, New Package, and New Wafer Fabrication Technology.
- Ensure that new product releases meet manufacturability, reliability, customer and market requirements in collaboration with product management, package innovation, wafer process, assembly and test.
- Provide Reliability Assessment support for cutting edge products.
- Drive and Enhance Reliability monitoring and reporting for current products.
- Drive continuous improvements in Reliability Assessment methodology and system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering.
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in semiconductor reliability assessment field.
- Able to work independently and work in a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
