      Job Description:

      Reliability Technician

      TNT - Thompson's Station, TN

      Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm (flexible)

      We’re looking for a Reliability Technician who will be responsible for multiple areas of the factory which will consist primarily of breakdowns, breakdown assessments and planned maintenance of the factory as well as the reliability of the site.

      What are we looking for?

      • Good understanding of Safety and Quality Management System requirements and processes, within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing operations is required

      • Ideally, you’ll have 1-3 years' experience in Manufacturing Reliability position

      • Knowledge of Maintenance PM procedures

      • Knowledge of commercial HVAC/Boiler systems a plus

      What will be your key responsibilities?

      • Compliance with the maintenance work schedule including logging appropriate information into the work order system and closing work orders when complete.
      • Owning Preventative Maintenance program and ensuring PMs are executed on schedule.
      • Understands principles of inventory control and issues parts to work orders to maintain accurate inventory and equipment costs records.
      • Identification of recurring problems and the development of effective solutions to reduce the level of unplanned maintenance.
      • Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs and troubleshoot breakdowns.
      • High degree of ownership for product quality.
      • Able to operate a computer and utilize the basic standard desktop systems.
      • Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine. Resolves most questions and problems, refers only the most complex issues at higher levels.
      • Willingness to work overtime and weekends depending on the needs of the Campus.
      • Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to operate forklift. Familiarity with computers and ipad/tablet, as well an ability to navigate general software programs like email, online time keeping and electronic calendars.
      • Performs other tasks as assigned
