Champion the front desk, provide excellent hospitality and a great first impression to all guests and staff, help guide guests and connect them with who they came to see, get the answers they need, etc.

Answer the main phone line; direct calls and answer questions for all types of requests from all types of people

Be the hub of general church knowledge; answer all types of general and random questions from everyone inside and outside the church

Keep the front desk and reception area neat and tidy

Summary of Position
As the ‘face’ of the Summit Church, the Receptionist is the first one to greet, direct, assist and demonstrate the love of Christ to individuals who are calling or visiting the church. Hours for this position may vary between 10 and 20 hours per week.
