What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up project files, folders, and templates at the start of projects
- Plan and manage successful relocations of up to 1,000 people
- Communicate actively with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the relocation process
- Develop and implement relocation project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate move activities with various stakeholders and service providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of construction or commercial real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive-level clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Facilities Management Systems move management module
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
