What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree and related work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in admissions or student services
- Knowledge of higher education programs and services
