      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage 20-30 palliative care Advanced Illness Management (AIM) openings
      - Initiate and host intake calls with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
      - Develop and maintain a ready pool of candidates through various sourcing strategies
      - Conduct phone interviews and document interview notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      - Provide support and guidance to hiring managers regarding candidate experience and recruitment efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting, managing 20-40 openings in a healthcare environment
      - Strong professional judgment and decision-making skills in recruitment processes
      - Proven track record of being a top performer in a metrics-driven environment
      - Proficient in recruiting technology and tools, including Boolean searches and platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in recruiting Advanced Practice Nurses
      - Ability to travel for recruitment events and AAPN state conferences
      - Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders
      - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
