      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary support contact for assigned applications, coordinating all issues that arise
      - Provide critical analysis of data to support projects and articulate findings to stakeholders
      - Consult with various levels of management and clinicians to provide workflow and decision support
      - Research and recommend new functionalities and enhancements for clinical software applications
      - Analyze and reengineer business processes to improve clinical needs and operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a Degree in Pharmacy or an advanced degree in Pharmacy and be licensed to practice in Michigan or a relevant state
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in health system pharmacy practice
      - Three (3) to five (5) years of experience supporting healthcare clinical software applications or leading process improvement activities
      - Ability to learn Epic software and obtain Epic Certification post-training
      - Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
      - Familiarity with clinical software and information systems
      - Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
      - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities
      - Strong interpersonal skills to motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
