      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries and concerns
      - Calmly de-escalate customer issues and provide solutions
      - Escalate interactions when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
      - Provide feedback on call issues and upsell products or services as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
      - Must be over 18 years of age
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Proven oral and written communication skills, along with logical problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience navigating Windows operating systems
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
