- Ability to adapt to changes in the industry
- Willingness to provide hands-on training and supervision
- Experience in delivering ABA services preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
- Background in providing mentorship or training to aspiring BCBAs and BCaBAs
