What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage cases and communicate effectively with staff and parents
- Provide direct therapy to children and adolescents with disabilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBAs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a clinical setting with children and adolescents with disabilities
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis software
