      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver impactful caregiver-mediated treatment (CMT) and oversee engaging social skills groups
      - Provide hands-on clinical supervision using Behavioral Skills Training (BST)
      - Facilitate caregiver training to foster active participation and successful client outcomes
      - Ensure at least 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours, delivering a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week
      - Monitor treatment progress and maintain detailed, timely documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid BCBA certification
      - Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
      - Excellent time management, flexibility, and teamwork skills
      - Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles
      - Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in caregiver training, social skills facilitation, and BST methods
      - Proven track record of exceeding billable targets or KPIs
