What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist and educate Managed Care members on healthcare benefits
- Field calls to help members determine the best benefit options
- Navigate members through the enrollment process
- Collaborate with Manager of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid case management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage individuals over the phone
- Data entry and computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
