      - Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
      - Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
      - Experience with data entry utilizing a computer
      - Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within operational hours
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative support in a contact center environment
