      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously

      - Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while adhering to confidentiality requirements
      - Attend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Fluency in both English and Spanish
      - Experience with data entry utilizing a computer
      - Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain regular attendance
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with computer applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field in a contact center environment
