What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls with exceptional customer service
- Monitor phone coverage and assist CSRs in Teams chats
- Assist with coaching, training, and motivating team members to achieve KPIs
- Create a positive work environment and boost team morale
- Implement best practices by leading by example
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual
- 2-3 years of customer service and/or call center experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service
- Effective listening and verbal communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work outlined full-time schedule, including rotating weekends
