What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound calls and make reservations for luxurious brands and iconic properties
- Engage in authentic, unscripted conversations with guests
- Help guests select the right room and package to create memorable experiences
- Utilize professional fluency in French and English to communicate effectively
- Navigate multiple computer programs while conversing with guests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional fluency in both French and English
- Ability to work remotely
- Education and/or experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously

- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with luxury properties and iconic city hotels
