      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Ensure readiness of promotional equipment and station vehicles.
      - Develop and maintain organizational procedures for broadcast equipment.
      - Execute live remote broadcasts using IP technology and Marti RPU systems.
      - Set up and operate a live performance studio as a FOH sound engineer.
      - Assist with setup and repair of broadcast gear, sound equipment, office equipment, and furniture.
      - Provide support for in-station and field operations across technical and promotions departments.
      - Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
      - Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Must be a self-starter and able to work with little to no supervision.
      - Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
      - Ability to work well under pressure and think creatively to solve issues quickly.
      - Friendly and customer service-oriented attitude.
      - Valid driver's license, satisfactory motor vehicle record check, and proof of insurance if using own vehicle.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Previous experience in broadcasting or related field.
      - Knowledge of IP technology and Marti RPU systems.
      - Familiarity with FOH sound engineering.
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
      - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
