Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare for elicitation of requirements, identify the right questions to ask, and pinpoint where requirements are lacking and may require additional investigation.
- Actively listen during meetings and create an environment where stakeholders will engage and contribute.
- Accurately capture feedback and facilitate discussions resulting in detailed requirements documentation.
- Create current state functional diagrams.
- Create operational flow charts to help stakeholders and development teams understand the system components involved in proposed changes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 4+ years of business analyst experience or related field.
- Knowledge of SDLC and its relation to software releases.
- Experience in direct support of business organizations.
- Analytic and logical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to learn independently.
- Knowledge of flow charts, programming logic, and code.
- Proficiency in MS Office and diagraming tools such as Visio, draw.io, and Gliffy.

Desired Certifications:

- PMI-Professional in Business Analysis (PBA).
- The Certified Professional for Requirement Engineering (IREB).
- ITIL Certification.
- Master's degree.
