      Remote Call Center Agent - Full-Time (Split-Shift)

      Location - Must be contiguous United States or Canada Based (no visa sponsorship provided)

      We're in the hunt for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join our compassionate and dedicated team of Client Support Specialists. We're the unsung heroes, delivering 24/7 concierge-level telephone support and scheduling assistance across the US and Canada for the TheKey, the country's largest provider of private pay care in the home services.


      Our next cohort embarks on a new adventure starting 03/18/2024.

      You'll kick things off at $16 per hour, while our comprehensive four-week training program equips you to soar. After just 90 days, you'll have the chance to earn up to $18.00 per hour, and for the night owls and weekend workers, there's the opportunity to unlock more, depending on the shifts you choose.

      In this role, your compassion in communication and customer service is paramount, coupled with an unwavering desire to make a positive impact. Don’t worry if you're not a call center pro just yet; we're here to provide all the guidance you need to become a virtuoso in our business.       Once you've completed our immersive four-week training, you'll be entrusted with the task of handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering top-notch customer service through phone and email interactions, keeping meticulous and precise records, and showing empathy, care, and genuine concern for our clients. Being a team player is key, as we value your openness to coaching and direction from our leaders, your knack for maintaining professionalism with clients and colleagues, and your solid track record of reliability.

      Minimum requirements for this role include a demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a solid history of reliability, adept computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, and superb verbal and written communication talents.

      Starting on 3/18/2024, your two weeks of training will from 6:00am to 10:00am and from 4:00pm to 8:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. You will then have a further two weeks of training on the shift you select.

      A selection of the shifts available include:

      • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday: 5:00am - 10:00am & 6:00pm - 10:00pm (36 hrs: 4x9 (split))

      • Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6:00am - 10:00am & 6:00pm - 10:00pm (40 hrs: 5x8 (split))

      • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:00pm - 11:00pm; Saturday: 9:00am - 9:30pm (32 hrs: 4x5 & 1x12)

      • Monday, Thursday, Friday: 6:00pm - 11:00pm; Saturday, Sunday: 9:00am - 7:30pm (35 hrs: 3x5 & 2x10)
