      Job Responsibilities:

      - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to customers
      - Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call, ensuring a seamless experience
      - Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
      - Provide world-class customer service, exceeding customer expectations
      - Educate customers on products and services, serving as a product ambassador

      Qualifications:

      - High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
      - 6 months of customer service or sales experience
      - Must reside in Phoenix AZ, Tucson AZ, or Las Vegas, NV, or a surrounding community
      - Must have high-speed internet connection at home
      - Preferred: experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
      - Preferred: experience meeting sales goals in a previous role
      - Preferred: 1-2 years of customer service experience
      - Preferred: previous telecommunications experience
