What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot technical issues for customers and provide assistance with equipment usage
- Resolve customer issues on the first call and provide world-class service
- Assess customer needs, suggest products and services, adjust billing, and arrange solutions
- Prioritize customer experiences and exceed their expectations with exceptional service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months experience in customer service or sales
- Reside in Phoenix AZ, Tucson AZ, or Las Vegas, NV, or surrounding communities
- High-speed internet connection available at home
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Reside within Phoenix AZ, Tucson AZ, or Las Vegas, NV where Cox Communication services are available
- 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
- 6+ months of experience in a position with sales goals
- Strong customer focus and aptitude for helping customers
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, not necessarily specific to call centers
- Previous telecommunications experience
