What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Successfully complete new hire training and compliance testing
- Monitor high volume of medical alert, secondary alarms, and inbound phone calls
- Answer alarms and inbound phone calls according to protocol and determine response requirements
- Record details of calls, dispatches, and messages
- Troubleshoot alarm systems and report malfunctions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum download speed of 5Mbps and upload speed of 2Mbps for remote work
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or call center roles
